Weight Loss Tips on Takebackyourtemple.com

A few days ago, I wrote to you about the 'Small Steps to Weight Loss' 31-Day Challenge' and the daily weight loss tips. There has been some confusion about that.
 
To clarify, you will need to go to takebackyourtemple.com every day during the month of May to get the tips. All tips will be found by clicking 'Beginner Small Steps' on the small menu bar near the top of the page.
 
I will not be emailing the tips everyday. I am sure you get tons of email as it is and I certainly don't want to clog up your Inbox!
 
To join the challenge:
 
1. Visit takebackyourtemple.com every day during the month of May. All tips will be found by clicking 'Beginner Small Steps' on the small menu bar near the top of the page.
2. Read the short tip.
3. Do it.
4. Start taking steps to change your life for the better.
