Your Blessing is Coming

Dear ,
This little story is too good to keep to myself, so I'm sharing it with you. But I can't take credit for it. It was in one of my fiance's emails to me, but I think it's a great encouragement for us all. The following is Mike's story:
"While I was praying this morning, I thought about how I was at my sister's house a couple of months ago or less than that. Her youngest daughter was there with her newborn that is less than a year old. He was sitting in his walker crying because she told me he was hungry (I asked her first if he needed to be changed).
She got up to prepare his bottle as the child continued to cry. The child would follow her with his eyes as she moved back and forth preparing his bottle but he continued to cry as if to say "Don't you hear me crying?" or "Why won't you answer or feed me?"
When she disappeared from his sight, he really started to cry and fuss - and yet she continued to prepare his meal.
I felt sorry for him because I knew and saw as an outsider (angel) that his mom was diligently working to get him what he needed but the child did not understand this.
I picked the child up and he stopped crying long enough to look me over with a surprised look on his face as if to say "What the?" and "Who in the world are you?"
He looked me over, at my eyes, my nose, my lips and back to my eyes. Then he grab my nose and squeezed it while still looking me over. After his curiosity had waned and he realized he still needed food, he went back to howling again.
However, his mom was ready to give him his bottle and she came and took him from my arms. He immediately went passive because he recognized her touch and that alone was very soothing for him. When she gave him his bottle his eyes seemed to roll back in his head; he was in heaven for he was being fed and in the arms of his mother.
I could easily see myself as the child. And because I know the mom is just like God, I can truly wait without crying for my bottle because I know my blessing is coming. Even when I don't see God, I know he is not far, just out of sight for the moment doing whatever he needs to do for my welfare."
Mike's message really lifted my spirits and I hope it has encouraged you too. Do you sometimes get impatient, wanting God to hurry up and deliver the wonderful vision he has shown you of your future? I know I sometimes do. You might be in that position right now, working on your health goals and waiting for the full benefits to manifest.
Two scriptures can help make the wait easier:
1. James 1:4: "But let patience have its perfect work, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking nothing" . Remind yourself that God wants to give you his absolute best and if your blessing is delayed, it is only because it will be better than you imagine!
2. Galatians 6:9: "And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart." Ask yourself the question: "What can I do right now to prepare myself for receiving this blessing?" Whatever it is, start doing that so that you can get maximum benefit and enjoyment from the blessing when it arrives.
Some things are well worth the wait - like the process to reach your perfect weight and learning good health habits to pass on to your children or inspire those within your circle. But, I want to make it easier for you. I have recently added two new, f*ree bonuses to my Take Back Your Temple ebook, bringing the total number of bonuses to seven!
One will help you role model great health habits to children and the other will help you plan healthy menus for family gatherings and meetings - including church events. I know you agree that we need to set the example in this area!
The eBook has a 30-day guarantee, so if you've been thinking about ordering it then now is the perfect time to do it. Examine all of the materials and if you don't agree it's one of the best resources on weight loss you've ever received, then you can get a 100% refund - no questions asked. But best of all, you still get to keep all of the seven bonus for f*ree! You win, whatever you decide.
It's all here:
May you continue to receive all that God has for you and be complete, lacking nothing.
Love,
Kimberly Floyd, C.W.C.
