I watched a great program on television the other night called, 'Change your brain, change your life.' It was about the things you can do to keep your brain healthy as you age.

The program's host was a noted brain researcher and stated that the same things that decrease your body's circulation like smoking, obesity, and lack of exercise, also cause your brain to age faster. This has even been linked to increased incidences of Alzheimer's disease!

The good news is that you can decrease your risk by practicing positive health habits starting now. Just for brain health, exercising twice a week minimum is essential. Also, several foods help keep your brain healthy including:
