Does this sound familiar: You do well with eating all day, but then overeat at night? It is frustrating!
People who overeat at night typically fall into 3 patterns:
- The Soother
- The Social Eater
- The Sleepy Eater
Within the Take Back Your Temple program, we are starting a group Overcoming Night Challenge in our private online Community on Monday, February 8, 2021.
As part of the challenge, group members are going:
- Discover their unique emotional eating pattern and get specific recommendations to change it
- Develop your own evening routine that makes you feel "comfortable and cared for"
- How to assess your last meal of the evening to ensure it will keep you satisfied until morning
- Group support for prayer, advice, and accountability
It's not too late to enroll in the program so that you can join us in the group challenge!
Here is what you need to do to participate:
2. Log in to our private Member site (you'll get instructions on how to do so after you join)
3. Click 'Community' once you've logged on and you will see the post about the challenge with details. We are also having a LIVE Zoom information session this Saturday for members (2/6/2021).
