But the Lord delivered me. And I know He can deliver you too.
We have started a new session of the 14-day Sugar Detox Challenge in our TBYT members-only Facebook support group, but it's not too late to join in!
Members are discovering:
- The heart issues that drive emotional attachments to sugar
- How to break the mental strongholds that keep the cycle going
- A specific action plan that breaks the biological and emotional attachments to sugar for good
But hurry to get in on the group challenge in progress! Take these steps:
3. Join the private group (you'll see the 'Join Us' button in your Member Dashboard) for support and accountability.
One member wrote this about the challenge benefits she has experienced just in the first few days:
My first day was good ... not perfect, but good nonetheless. My main goal is to stop the mindless eating of snacks people bring into the office. We have a snack machine which doesn’t bother me at all, but when someone brings in donuts or cookies it is a challenge...Last evening and this morning, I noticed the joint pain was significantly less. I attribute this to the reduced sugar
intake yesterday. Now THAT is worth it for sure! Thank you Lord!!
God bless all participating in this challenge. And God bless you, Kimberly Taylor for being the down-to-earth, loving, kind ... and yet challenging ... guide to us all on our journey to health.''
I'm excited about the challenge and looking forward to partnering with you!
Be blessed in health, healing, and wholeness,
Kimberly Taylor
