Even though I broke free from emotional eating and reached my ideal weight with God's help, on rare occasions I still get tempted to eat to soothe my emotions.
This tends to happen most when I am frustrated. I got some bad news a few months ago and was tempted to eat emotionally - just like when I weighed 240 pounds.
But God made a way of escape from that temptation. He will do the same for you!
