So we are tackling this issue together as a group for the next 2 weeks! I will be coaching members on the specific solution to their night eating habits.
We've even created an evening accountability group specifically for the challenge called ''The After Supper Club.''
Everyone is excited about it.
It's not too late to enroll in the program so that you can join us in the group challenge! The challenge starts on Wednesday, January 30, 2019.
Here is what you need to do to participate:
2. Join the private support group (you'll get instructions on how to do so from your Member Dashboard)
3. In the group, answer 'Yes' in the Overcoming Night-time Eating Challenge poll.
