What Do I Eat? [NEW]

When did eating get to be so complicated? God makes things simple; it takes mankind to complicate things!

In my own 85-pound weight loss journey, I had to discover how to eat to suit my taste, plus make the "experts" recommendations fit my  unique body and lifestyle to get results. 

To succeed on your journey, you'll need to learn to do the same.

Exclusively for members of the Take Back Your Temple online program, we are having a Facebook Live session tomorrow (Saturday, January 6) called "What Do I Eat?" at 3:00 pm EST in our private Facebook support group.

In this discussion, group members are going to discover:

  • 3 words that help me keep eating in the right perspective
  • Dealing with emotional attachments to food 
  • How to prevent food from hijacking your brain

It's not too late to enroll in the program so that you can join us in the Live session (or if you are unable to get on Live, then you can access the replay in the group)!

Here is what you need to do to participate:


2. Join the private support group (you'll get instructions on how to do so from your Member page)

3. Grab a cup of tea, coffee, or your favorite nourishing beverage and log on to the group page on Saturday, January 6 at 3:00 pm EST. You will see the Live video streaming.
