I discovered something about myself last night I never really thought about until now.


Do you know how babies tend to grab things and put it in their mouths?


It is humbling to realize I have that same tendency when it comes to food!


However, if you have a tendency to "grab"  food and eat mindlessly, you can pack on serious pounds.
