One of the most common issues I hear about is emotional eating, which is often expressed through sugar addiction.
I understand this
issue well. There was a time when I could eat a whole Pepperidge Farm Coconut cake by myself!
But the Lord delivered me from sugar addiction. And I know He can deliver you too.
As part of the challenge, group members are going to discover:
- The heart issues that drive your emotional attachment to sugar
- How to break the mental strongholds that keep the cycle going
- A specific action plan that will help you break the attachment to sugar for good
