My husband Mike has a wonderful way of cutting through verbal clutter and boiling complex ideas down to simple visuals. Just the other day, I was discussing the 5 steps of Take Back Your Temple and the core habits with Mike.


As I was talking, Mike got out a pencil and a piece of paper and sketched this image of an apple core.

Well! I've had TBYT online since 2006 but I've never thought of that visual. But it resonated with me instantly.

His sketch inspired me so much that I created a short video called the 5 Core Habits of Weight Loss Success just for you.
