One of the most challenging issues I faced in my weight loss journey was how to get back on track when something upset my daily routine - gets me off- track.
What, you don't have a daily track when it comes to your health choices?
Imagine the chaos that would occur in the world if you had trains running without tracks!
For one thing, the trains would never get to a specific destination. They'd cause
damage to existing structures, costing billions of dollars. They'd kill thousands of people.
Many people say that they lack discipline. But the problem is not usually lack of discipline; the problem is lack of a track!
Self-discipline requires a track to run on.
Even the Christian walk has a track to freedom. If you are in bondage to anything, Jesus has the solution:
"Then Jesus said to those Jews who believed Him, 'If you abide in My word, you are My disciples indeed. And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free (John 8:31-32).'"
