Isn't it good to know that the Lord has great plans for you? One of my favorite scriptures is Jeremiah 29:11:
"For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."
Have you sought God in prayer regarding His plans for you?
Many people travel through life like this:
A woman goes to the airport. She walks up to the ticket counter. She tells the representative, "I want a ticket please."
What is the next question the representative will probably ask her?
The representative will likely ask, "Where are you going?"
The woman says, "I don't know." Or she might say, "I don't care. Just give me a ticket
wherever."
Having a vision that you review regularly makes a huge difference in how you approach each day. Why? Because you are no longer locked into the survivalist mentality - just getting through the day.
Rather, you get excited because you can see how your daily choices are forging your better future. You
are focused on gleaning from the day rather than just getting through the day!
In the following article, I share 5 questions to create a vision that will move you toward your better future in the Lord.
