"I want the prize bundled into God's promises."
This thought came into my head as I read an article that the late minister Kathy Logan wrote. One of my Spiritual gifts is teaching, but in order to be an effective teacher, you must have a teachable
Spirit!
One thing Kathy wrote in the article really spoke to me:
"Jesus said that we would know the truth and the truth would set us free. Yet you and I would probably agree that the amount of truth we know far outweighs the amount of freedom we experience.
Wouldn't you agree? Why is the amount of truth we know always expanding, yet our degree of freedom is not keeping pace?
It is not the word we hear that will free us; it is the words that we don't forget that will free us. This is so important.
