This reader testimony will encourage you! Back in June, I emailed a message called 'Enough is ENOUGH' and received a tremendous response
about how much it helped others. This week, I received a personal testimony from reader Denise Forbes. In it, you will see the power of making just 1 small change - but keeping doing it over time!
I am sharing the testimony with you below with Denise's permission. If you'd like to connect with Denise personally about her testimony, you may do so
at nesie4bs@me.com.

I just HAD to write you this morning to tell you how much this email helped me. I read it and for some reason this one stayed with me.
It still stays with me
now.
I have been a lifetime member of weight watchers for years but I was about 140 pounds OVER my goal. I would go for a while and never really succeed. Then I would feel bad about spending the money and I would quit.
In May of this year the Doctor sent my husband to see a nutritionist because
of his sugar levels so we started seeing her in May. For the next 30 days I did make an effort to change and when we went back I had lost 3 pounds.
That is not a lot of weight for my size.
Then came your email.....
I read it and on June 17 I decided what my "enough" was and I went for a walk. I walked 4/10 of a mile and I really thought I had done something.
The next day I walked again.....
Now almost 3 months later I walk 2 -3 miles a day except for Sunday. On Sunday I rest......
I am now down about 32 pounds and feeling SO much better.
I plan to keep this up until I am at a normal weight for my height. One day at a time and
with help from my Lord.
When I am on my morning walk there is a hill that I walk up and I turn around at a rock at the end of the driveway. I say Psalm 61:2:
From the ends of the earth I call to you, I call as my heart grows faint; lead me to the rock that is higher than I.
Thank you for your email on June 14. It made a REAL difference in my life and I wanted you to know.

Denise also shared with me that she is getting a jewelry charm that says 'ENOUGH' to remind herself of this message. If you want to connect with Denise about that, you may
email her personally at nesie4bs@me.com.
