I read powerful quote by author Dani Johnson the other
day: "Nothing become dynamic until it gets specific."
When you get specific about your goals and review them every day, you are drawn to them irresistibly.
For example, "exercise more" doesn't motivate you because "more" isn't defined. After all, how will you know if you've reached your goal or not?
But "exercise 2 days a week for 15 minutes" will motivate you because it is something you can run with and feel good about reaching.
Do you see the difference?
I consider this a Biblical-based principle too: "Then the Lord answered me and said: 'Write the vision And make it plain on tablets, That he may run who reads it (Habakkuk 2:2).'"
